What can be added as order notes?
- Internal remarks for operations or support teams
- Special handling or delivery instructions
- Manual updates related to fulfillment or changes
STEP 1: Navigate to Orders
From the left sidebar, click on Orders.STEP 2: Open an Order
Click on any order from the list to open its Order Details page.STEP 3: Locate the Order Notes Section
Scroll down on the Order Details page to find the Order Notes panel.STEP 4: Add a Note
- Enter your note in the Order Notes input field.
- Click Add Note to save it.
STEP 5: View Notes History
All added notes appear in chronological order.
