STEP 1: Navigate to Orders

From the left sidebar, click on Orders.

STEP 2: Open an Order

Click on any order from the list to open its Order Details page.

STEP 3: Locate the Order Notes Section

Scroll down on the Order Details page to find the Order Notes panel.

STEP 4: Add a Note

  • Enter your note in the Order Notes input field.
  • Click Add Note to save it.

STEP 5: View Notes History

All added notes appear in chronological order.

What can be added as order notes?

  • Order status updates (e.g., Shipped, In Transit, Delivered)
  • Internal remarks for operations or support teams
  • Special handling or delivery instructions
  • Manual updates related to fulfillment or changes
